After many months, I finally managed to find a page with the exact symbol / Buddha tattoo (clicked on the comment from another page):

The Buddha symbol in the above image is associated with wisdom. This symbol is the 'vamh' seed syllable in Siddham script.

* The “Siddham” series is based on the Siddham script that was traditionally used for writing Buddhist scriptures in Sanskrit.
