I was in Canada (Toronto & Hamilton) for about a week back in April.
I took a few nature videos which I’ll slowly add to my YouTube (@JessWriting).
I may have seen a giant dragon/serpent graffiti on a bridge column on the way into the city, which I would have happily added to the Dragon Street Art map page…if I had taken a photo. The car was moving fast so I couldn’t take a pic on time π
The other sightings were a mix of:
- city dragons
- grocery dragons
- a few unexpected sea serpents
These were spotted at the C&C Asian grocery supermarket.

My aunt had a huge Rand McNally world map on the wall.
It had lots of ships and a few sea serpents in the design.

In Hamilton, we went to Crystal Dynasty. The food was very good!
There was a big gold embossed phoenix and dragon gold on a red backdrop wall decor in one section.
I also spotted the dragon logo at Dragon City Mall.

Back in Toronto, there was a beautiful purple dragon art coaster at the Toronto Botanical Garden gift shop.
It was a weird weather day when we visited the garden (sun, rain, a bit of snow, and a tiny bit of hail at one point, cycling through the day every hour or so…).

I forgot which city park this is, but I always enjoy nature walks that have train tracks somewhere.
This one was an active rail line.

It was a fun week and I came back for a few days before going on a road trip to check out some areas around the Bangor region in Maine, as I’ve been thinking of relocating there quite soon.
I will share an update about that in the next post.
