New Film Crew Members

New film crew dragon members include a red dragon (mossy terrain), blue dragon (kitchen adventures), and green dragon (garden companion).

Dragonsinn’s filming crew lightly expands this season, each newcomer arriving with its own preferred terrain.

As a follow-up from the Dragonsinn: Year 27 post, here are a few photos of new film crew additions!

I got these additions a few months ago, then paused photography and filming while I moved.

This red / deep pink dragon really likes being photographed in mossy backdrops, so that’ll be its likely home setting for now.

These were taken along some normal walking trails in and around Central Maine.

Two Other Additions

This post originally started out as just about the red dragon.

I forgot about two other new recent additions, one being a small blue Dragamonz piece that oversees my kitchen activities.

Here he is inspecting some DIY kimchi.

I think I added too much salt and gochujang flakes, so I’ll adjust next time.

The other one is a green companion piece to the red dragon featured earlier.

The green garden sentinel one is in a standing up pose, which makes it tumble over more quickly if I’m filming outdoors.

They are slowly being added to the “Dragons in Everyday Life” and “Dragons Out and About” playlists on my quiet & tiny YouTube channel.

Dragons Out and About

I have a couple of Lego dragon blocks that I haven’t figured out how to film with just yet. They might do better as still photographs.

They sit in one of my kitchen cupboards for now, keeping watch over some of my slowly increasing condiments and seasonings.

This reminds me that I have an ever increasing backlog of short videos to get to.

I like the process of filming a YouTube short because the vertical format makes it easy to point and shoot.

However it is significantly harder to archive and neatly organize or catalogue vertical videos.

I did take a few slow pan, slow-paced horizontal format videos of the red dragon in mossy terrain. I’m continuing to experiment with or find my pacing with filming as a side creative hobby.

More dragon pics and updates will join the field notes soon, once I catch up on the ever‑growing video backlog.
